Low Sugar Yogurt and Granola Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey or a low-calorie sweetener
- 1/2 cup gluten-free granola (We love Generous Granola Bites!)
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the Yogurt:
- In a bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and honey or low-calorie sweetener, if using.

Layer the Dessert:
- In serving glasses or bowls, add a layer of the prepared yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of gluten-free granola on top of the yogurt.
- Add a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses or bowls are filled, finishing with a layer of berries and a sprinkle of granola.

Top with Chia Seeds and Cinnamon:
- Sprinkle chia seeds and a dash of ground cinnamon on top of the final layer for added texture and flavour.

- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
